Roasted Red Pepper Hummus


Ingredients:

Chick Peas / Garbanzo beans - 1- 16oz Can or sock 1 cup white channa over night and cook till soft.
Red Pepper - 2 small
Jalepeno Pepper - 1
Garlic - 1 or 2 (Optional)
Olive Oil - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp or to taste
Salt and Pepper - to taste

Method:

  1. Drain and rinse the chick peas.
  2. Roast the red pepper, jalepeno pepper and garlic in the oven or on stove top.  
  3. Let it cool and peel the skin and remove seeds.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in the blender or food processor and process until smooth.
